Biography

Boris Mraovic is a Director of clinical trials at Artificial Pancreas Center, Thomas Jefferson University, Philadelphia. Associate Professor of Anesthesiology, Jefferson Medical College, Thomas Jefferson University, Philadelphia, PA. He has received a MD in Faculty of Medicine, Rijeka, Croatia in 1981-1987. He has completed his Anesthesiology residency in Zagreb, Croatia 1992-1996, and in MCW, Milwaukee, WI 2002-2005. He received the Croatian Board of Anesthesiology certification in 1996 and American Board of Anesthesiology certification in 2006. He received several Academic Excellence Awards from MCW, Milwaukee, WI and First prices on MARC meetings. He is serving as a reviewer of 5 journals. He published over 20 peer-reviewed articles in reputed journals and presented over 50 abstracts on national and international meetings.
